Two generations, one recipe book.
Rosa opened the first Sol y Luna as a taco cart outside the hardware store on Main Street. Her son Mateo runs the restaurant now, and the al pastor is still cut from the same trompo recipe she brought from Puebla.
Everything is made here. Tortillas are pressed to order, the salsas are blended each morning, and the birria simmers overnight.
